How the Ward dispensary is progressing

Currently, the whole of the country is in an election fever where the citizen are registering ready for the vote to be held on 25th October, 2009. It's the local government election where people are to elect the leaders that will lead them for five years. The above pictures show the events together with the progress of the Ward Dispensary construction.
