HOW SUNGUSUNGU WAS LAUNCHED

1. Sungusungu" refers to the local security groups which are acting to support the police force in ensuring security is maintained. It includes youth groups who are trained with some basic policing skills and can be deployed in local and impoverished areas such as Kaloleni. Just recently, the Head of POlice force in Kilimanjaro region (Moshi) lauched this initiative at Kaloleni so as to ensure that the normal citizen are included in the security works so as to reduce or control the rampant insecurity in the Ward.

1. -RPC Ng'oboko entering Kaloleni Ward office for a brief meeting with Kaloleni Elders to discuss some security issues together with Kaloleni Ward leaders.
